Payment Method

We accept payment in two channels.

Option 1 – Pay by Bank Wire Transfer. You may also pay by direct wire transfer if you would prefer. With this method we are required to wait until the funds are cleared in our account before shipping your purchase. This is usually no more than 3 working days. These are reliable, safe and secure. Please be noted that all banking charges, if any, are to be borne at yours.

Option 2 – Pay by credit / debit card / payment gateway. You may ask for credit card / debit card / online payment by contact us. We will send you our payment gateway authorized company details and instructions. Once the order is place and processed by the payment gateway, the processing charges are automatically charged to us (seller) for the processing of the order. In case of any cancellation or refund the payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

All our shipments are sent worldwide using a reputable shipping company specialized in the transportation and handling of values (such as Malca-Amit, Blinks, G4s, etc.). The packages are usually shipped via FEDEX and required an adult’s signature upon receipt.

Fedex International Priority Service. Generally, it takes 2-6 days for your purchases to reach you, depending on where you are in the world. The cost for international shipping varies depending on the country but we cover Worldwide insured Shipping for you.

Worldwide Fedex International Priority shipping fully insured. You accept no responsibility for your purchases until they reach you and you sign for them on delivery by Fedex. Normally this cost is many times higher and coupled with the cost of insurance can increase the cost of your purchases exponentially. We recognize this and fully pay the shipping and insurance for you. Once the goods arrive in your country, we can’t be responsible for any customs duties or taxes your government may levy. These remain your responsibility.

Please also see the following notes:

  • The shipment is insured at our intervention until the moment the Buyer takes it into his custody.
  • Shipments cannot be made to P.O. boxes and signature is always required upon order arrival.
  • The delivery will only be made if and when the delivery address is identical to the address of the Buyer.
  • The amount is charged when a withdrawal is attempted by user and it fails because incorrect delivery information is provided
  • In case of damaged package, it is imperative for the Buyer to verify the package and the Product at the time of the delivery. If at the time of the delivery the Buyer notices any visible damage he has to notify the transporter by making a written note on the shipping note before signing for reception. In any such case of visible or hidden damage, he has to notify by electronic mail and registered letter, his claim within the next 15 calendar days (including holidays) as of the date of the delivery (on the evidence of the stamp of the post office). After this delay no claim will be accepted.
  • CLAIMS FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR DELAY IS VALID FOR FEDERAL EXPRESS AND EXPRESS MAIL ONLY. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE NOTIFIED TO US WITHIN 12 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY OF THE SHIPMENT, FAILING THAT, NO ACTION FOR DAMAGES MAY BE BROUGHT. IF YOU HAVE DECIDED THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE MERCHANDISE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED, BUT BEFORE IT ARRIVES, DO NOT REFUSE THE POSTAL DELIVERY. IF A PRODUCT IS REFUSED YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR BROKERAGE CHARGESAND DUTY INCURRED UPON ITS RETURN.

Customs & Duties

Any customs or import duties are issued once the package reaches your country, if additional charges for customs clearance takes place – it must be your responsibility, we have no control over these charges and cannot assure what they may be.

Please be advised that we are not responsible for any custom charges, duties, VAT, etc. that your country may be charging as these vary from case-to-case and are beyond our reach. However, note that currently there is no import duty on loose gemstones in the US and Canada

Also, please note that for international orders that AFTER dispatch, are either refused by the customer, or cancelled, the customer will be liable for all custom duties and VAT charged by their country, in order to return the items back to us. Only after receipt of the item by us, any balance due to the customer, less all fees, custom duties and VAT, will be refunded to the customer as per the refund timeline.

Some countries levy a customs duty or other taxes on importation of gemstones and/or jewelry. We do not assume any responsibility for these taxes and it is entirely the responsiblity of the buyer to settle with their own customs authority. We have some database of different countries taxes as table below, but please contact your customs for exact rates.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every transaction should result in a pleasant, convenient, and successful shopping experience. If you are dissatisfied, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on the return of any merchandise within 10 days of the receipt date excluding any shipping, insurance, card charges/payment gateway charges, VAT, Duties, add-on certificate, handling and appraisal charges where applicable. All sales are considered final after this period has elapsed

If in the event that you change your mind after purchasing a gemstone and decide that you don’t want the merchandise after it has been shipped, but before it arrives, please do not refuse to accept the package delivery. Doing so will mean that you will be liable for brokerage and delivery charges upon its return.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging material and unused

Return Process

  1. E-mail / contact us for the return authorization and instructions.
  2. To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and send your return to the address mentioned below :

  3. We will confirm the receival of the returns and proceed to refunding.

**We highly recommend to use a shipping class that has insured and tracking.

Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:

  • Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by our team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy
  • Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, etc

Important Notes:

  • Shipping Charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.
  • Return Shipment is at customer’s cost
  • Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded. For Money Space payment gateway, these are 2.77% for all payments.
  • Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the gemstone, shall not be refunded in the return payment.

Refund and Exchange

*Terms & Conditions of refund and exchange:

  • Refunds will be made in the currency of purchase. We will refund money for returned merchandise in the same manner as merchandise which has been paid for. For example, if you made a purchase using your credit card, we will chargeback the amount to the credit card you used for the purchase
  • Exchange should be for a product of equal or higher value.
  • Refund or Exchange is not available for products that have been altered and/or repaired, damaged or cracked.
  • For exchanges-applicable taxes, VAT, Duties, add-on certificate charges, bank charges, credit card / payment gateway charges, appraisal charges, shipping and insurance charged are non-refundable
  • Cost of return shipping & insurance will be borne by the Client
  • Returns will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take
    1-2 billing cycles to appear on your account. We will notify you when your return has been processed

*Refund / Exchange Process:

  • Please send us an email requesting for a refund. We will contact you within 2 working days with a Return Authorization and instructions
  • Follow the instructions received and ship us the product along with the original documents and invoice.
  • After inspect the product, we will inform you the confirmation of refund/exchange value.
  • If you are exchanging for product of higher value, please make the payment for the differential amount.
  • We will process the refund / new shipment to you within 7 business days.

Gemstone Photography

We have made every attempt to represent the gems as accurately as possible.

Some rubies are shown photographed under different lighting conditions. With these images, we are attempting to show you aspects of color and depth that may be less apparent in direct light.

Please note that all monitors are calibrated differently and those images will look different on different monitors. Moreover, the color may differ slightly due to lighting and other environmental factors, although we try our very best to ensure the image shown matches the actual gem as far as possible. We believe that the gemstones you are purchasing looks far better when you receive it than it does in our website photographs.
